What we are looking for

We’re looking for hands-on, motivated and passionate professionals to help make Fidor build a better banking world for everyone.

If your interest lies in Fintech, ecommerce and the digital world, then Fidor may be the right company for you.

// This is our process

Across of all our teams, the interview process starts with one or two interviews.

During the first interview, we would like to get to know you with the focus on your prior experiences, domain knowledge and personal interest in Fidor.

In the other interview rounds – depends on the area – we want to go in detail with your professional background or optional tasks.

Moreover, we want to give you the opportunity to meet your future colleagues.

// Tips for the interview

The tips in this section may seem trivial, but it’s important to get the basics right to perform well for your interview and make a great first impression:

  • Send us complete application documents, including a letter of intent, CV and references. In your motivation letter, it should be very clear why you would want to work for Fidor.
  • Preparation is everything: make sure you’ve completed necessary research on all things about Fidor and be sure to visit our website!
  • Skype/Phone Interview: find a quiet, comfortable place and make sure your phone or internet connection is properly working before calling – this is pretty self-explanatory, but you’d be surprised how many dropped calls we receive.
