Application to block your account due to suspected fraud 

If you’ve noticed an unauthorized data manipulation or fraudulent transactions in your Fidor account, please contact our emergency hotline or send us an email immediately. 

You can contact our emergency account-blocking hotline from Monday to Friday from
08:00 am to 06:00 pm via +49 89 189085 454.

The 116 116 blocking emergency call can be called free of charge in Germany.
The amount of the fees from abroad depends on the prices of the respective foreign provider.
