Please check if your card is active and the card limit is set sufficiently high. Please also check whether you’ve enabled the country from where the dealer is attempting to debit your card management for use of the card. Please note that the credit card use is blocked in Indonesia for security reasons. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service.

To activate Fidor Pay, download the Fidor Smart Banking App, which can also check if your device meets the requirements for mobile payment. Activate your Mastercard® for Fidor Pay via the card management in the Fidor Smart Banking App or in your online banking and set your PIN. If an error occurs here, please send us a screenshot of the error message by email.

You can deactivate Fidor Pay at any time via the card management in the Fidor Smart Banking App or in your online banking.

No, Fidor Pay is only available to private customers at present.
